As an Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative and support services to the Human Resources department. You will maintain general filing systems and ensure proper database management. You will prepare files, reports, correspondance and other relevant business documentation. You will handle general inquiries and perform ad hoc staff requests including but not limited to monthy attendance, vacations, overtime etc…
